How Kreedl started

Kreedl began as a tool Matěj built for himself. He was letting his own flat in Prague and the whole thing was chaos - dozens of calls a day for one listing, the same questions again and again, viewings that fell through and no way to answer everyone.

So he built an AI that picked up the phone for him. The first version of Kreedl existed for one landlord and one flat. It worked so well that other landlords asked for it, then property managers with whole portfolios, and we kept extending it building by building.

Today we are a team of five in Prague, with offices in London and New York.
